我们承诺符合以下情况, 由产品售出之日(以快递公司交货记录日期为准)起7天内满足如下条件者,可以由跟单导服生协助办理退换货。

退换标准如下:

  • 由于产品质量或者缺损件、错发产品的原因,可以申请退换货。请您第一时间拍好照片作为凭证联系跟单导服生或客服。经售后服务人员  核查情况属实,均可退换货。
  • 如个人原因导致的退换货(如不喜欢,不需要,不合适等),在未使用,未拆封且不影响二次销售的情况下,由省级客服最终确认许可的,方可全额退款,但商品返回运费或因未经省级客服获准而引发的退回运费,均由客户自己承担。
  • 如在收到商品时改变主意,可以拒绝签收,让快递直接退回客服公司。跟单导服生将协助索回全额退货款。

 

以下情况不提供退换货服务,敬请谅解:

  • 因个人原因故意损坏商品的;
  • 商品签收后7个工作日内未联系客服的;
  • 已打开商品影响2次销售的(能够提供省级第三方质量问题检验报告书者除外);
  • 以包装有损坏为理由,但未当快递员面查看物品是否受损情况,没有立即拒收反而直接签收的。

 

退换货程序:

  • 菜鸟网为您提供在线受理退换货的服务,您只需要登录您的个人帐户,在退换货页面中在线提交申请信息然后联络您的导服或者直接联络您的导服来帮您全程协理退换货。
  • 登陆后进入我的账户,点击退换货,出现退换货首页,点击申请即可操作退换货。
  • 产品出现问题,请您在我的账户提交退换货申请单告知菜鸟网,申请单由导服和售后专业人员审核,期间您可能会接到导服或者售后客服专员来电询问商品状况。审核通过后,如果7天内菜鸟售后未收到您的商品,您的退换货申请单将自动审核不通过。如仍有问题可重新提交退换货申请。

 

 

Item Availability
A product's availability is noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock", “2-3 days”, “Pre Order” or "Out of Stock". Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, the receiving address is verified, and your payment is approved. You will not be charged for any item until it is in-stock.

We only provide free shipping to China.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Order and Tracking Information

Since orders placed on Americanewbie.com may be delivered by several different carriers and shipping methods, the tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method you and the carrier that is delivering your item. If you signed up for Americanewbie.com account, you may view information about the history of your orders (including tracking information, if available).

International Shipping

Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Although the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country, and suppose to be responsible for all Import Fees but Americanewbie will cover all the import fees for most of your order, unless it's noted seprately.

If for certain product that require you to pay for the import fees, by placing your order, you agree to allow Americanewbie.com to collect the Import Fees deposit for the applicable items in your order (“Import Fees Deposit”). With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize AMERICANEWBIE.COM to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, and process your actual Import Fees.

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to AMERICANEWBIE.COM the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased ("Actual Import Fees"). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees, AMERICANEWBIE.COM will refund the difference to you. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the specified Designated Carrier for your shipment.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD TERMS OF USE OF THIS WEBSITE. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the carrier in the United States.

Calculating Fees
The Import Fees Deposit is an estimation of the taxes and duties that may apply, and isn't an actual calculation. Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the date the taxes and duties were estimated, and the applicable taxes and duties on the date were collected in the destination country.

Limitations

Please note that for products shipped internationally, any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; the products and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards. When ordering from AMERICANEWBIE.COM, the recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Privacy

Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and postal authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated to customs and/or postal authorities, to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Returning and Exchanges

We are proud of the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  If not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 7 days from the actual receiving date. All items must be returned, unopened and unused, in the same condition as before shipped, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship to a different address, ship the return package to:

You can expect a refund in the same form of original payment for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Specific limited guarantees apply to designated products.
If the customer returns non-opened, unused or unopened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or Americanewbie.com packing slip).

Damaged/Defective Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a customer service representative right away at 400-256-6599. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, your email address and phone number. Americanewbie.com? will make all reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a customer service representative immediately at 400-256-6599.

Disclaimer

Americanewbie.com reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for reasons such as delinquent accounts, import licenses, etc... If this happens you will be notified via e-mail.
